Conceive It Achieve It Youth and Community Outreach (CIAIYCO) is community-based public charity, founded in February 2008.  Our mission is to provide youth and their families with training and support designed to promote development in every area of their life.   

 

We contribute our success to integrating a careful balance of Social Emotional Learning and Character Building combined with Visual and Performing Arts, Academic Enrichment and Leadership Training.

 

Our purpose is to be a catalyst to promote educational, social and emotional growth and development in our participants.  Our target audience is disadvantaged youth and their families in the communities of East Baton Rouge Parish, State of Louisiana.  

 

CIAIYCO’s vision is that our participants realize that they are on this earth for a purpose and that they are already equipped to fulfill that purpose. CIAIYCO’s purpose is for our youth realize that their victory lies within them.  They can have, be, and do anything that they put their minds to.
