Generally one to two hours per week for 4 to 8 weeks to get the clarity and direction you need depending on your individual situation

Who uses a life coach? 

People who want to take control of their career, ministry and achieve their goals.  If you really want more out of your life but you’re not quite sure how to do it, then a good life coach can help.

I only use coaching concepts that have been proven to work through independent studies. The emphasis is on getting real results, not just ‘saying the right things’.

​

A life coach provides feedback, insight and guidance to individuals or organizations for professional development, personal enrichment and goal achievement. Typically a coach listens and offers observations, concepts and principles to assist in identifying possible goals as well as actions to achieve those goals. Rather than an expert or authority, the coach acts a partner in targeting success as defined by the client. Coaching may be done face-to-face, over the telephone or via e-mail.

Coaching can cover a wide range of issues. Life coaching is aimed at setting and achieving personal goals. Business coaching provides support to an individual or group to become more effective by improving leadership, employee accountability, teamwork, sales, communication or similar issues, and business coaching can include one-on-one training, group coaching or large seminars. Personal coaching helps a client identify personal, business or relationship goals and then create strategies and actions plans to meet those goals. Coaching can also cover areas such as health/wellness, dating or conflict resolution.

While therapy or psychological counseling generally focuses on emotional healing or relief from psychological pain, coaching is geared toward setting and achieving goals.

 

 

My fee structure is very simple. You will know exactly what you get for your money. There are no marketing tricks and absolutely no hidden costs.  Coaching Sessions are available either one-on-one or in group sessions:  The below listed fees are based on group sessions however, special rates are available for one on one session is preferred

COACHING LOGISTICS:

 

Appointment times

Coaching session are scheduled from the hours or 10am to 6pm Tuesday-Thursday and every other Saturday in special circumstances.  Make-up classes are permitted and are scheduled at the coaches’ convenience. No refunds!

 

What you need for coaching

 During coaching sessions you need to be in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted, with phones etc. turned off except the one we are connected on. It's best to have both internet and landline telephone available to ensure reliable connection. If you're on a phone, you'll need your battery charged up and it's good to have earphones or a headset for your comfort. Skype can be downloaded for free.

 

What I mean by email support

I will send you a fair amount of information by email for you to read in your own time, this will assure that our coaching sessions are used most efficiently. You are also free to email me as much as you wish with thoughts, questions and updates. I respond to all emails within 1 business day.
